 * Just go to the top-left side of the page in wp dashboard and click on
    Pages.
   You will get a list of the current pages. Hover over the page titles and a menu
   will appear, click on edit. When the page comes up simply go to the top of the
   page where the current page title is displayed and change it to your new titles
   and then click the update button on the right side of the page.

 * You can do this, kkirk.
 * Look for these plugins:
 * WP Super Cache
 * Autoptimize
 * The first one caches database files so they don’t have to be fetched every time
   a page loads, only after a change has been made to the page.
 * The second one combines your CSS/JS files so they load faster. Google likes that,
   too.
 * You may have to make some changes to some files on your cPanel or on your FTP
   program if you use one. At Hostgator most customer service reps will walk you
   through it. At GoDaddy I would suggest that if one doesn’t or won’t help just
   say thanks and call back and you’ll probably get one that will help.
 * One more thing, after loading these plugins be sure to check your site on ALL
   major browsers!!!
 * Good Luck…

 * There seems to be a problem occuring whereas you cannot delete or edit posts
   or pages. It also affected my passwords. It has to do with the pHp databases.
 * Read through this post, it worked for me:
 * [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-edit-and-publish-posts?replies=12](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-edit-and-publish-posts?replies=12)
 * Just click on repair database in MySQL DB
