 * I have the same problem… I have done everything recommended in the post **Red
   Border Error Issue on WordPress 4.4.1** but the problem has not been solved.
 * My hosting is Exclusive Hosting and never got a problem before. Please help!

 * WP 4.4 & PHP 7.0.1
