    Now it’s ok, I had a facebook box option that locked
   everything.

 * It seems I’m not doing well.
    I steel have the error message, the header picture
   is in my library even if the message say the opposite but I can’t use it. And
   even if I want to add a theme I have the same message.

 * I am with the version 3.0.4
 * And the same I’va already try deactivating the plugins (they are still deactivated)
   and nothing ?
 * When I try to change my header I’ve this message (in French) :
    en_tete_au_nom_de_la_louere_2018.
   jpeg Une erreur est survenue lors du téléversement. Veuillez réessayer plus tard.
 * Try later … ?
 * I really don’t understand and I’m sure this is just a little thing to see but
   I can’t find it.
