 * plugin User Role Manager
 * and give the desired role the following capabilities:
    view_ticket creat_ticket
   works good.

    its a error in FAQ:
 *     ```
       select ID, user_login, user_email, user_registered, user_status
        from wp_users where ID=%d
       ```
   
 * correct
 *     ```
       select ID, user_login, user_email, user_registered, user_status
        from wp_users where ID=%s
       ```
   
 * %d > %s
