Hi there @salutethepig,
I’m glad that you found the setting! I don’t think it can be controlled anywhere else.
Is it possible that you used an email template to re-create your MailPoet email?
Also, I’m wondering if the Posts/Automatic Latest Content block was removed and re-added since Excerpt is a default setting for this block.I’m afraid there is no way to find how it was changed exactly.
Hi there @processi,
Sounds good 🙂 Thank you for confirming!
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] plugin table errorHi there @unavitaacolori,
I apologize for the late reply.
We’ve seen another case with the same error and it seemed to be arising from a corrupt database or old database engine.
Can you please reach out to your hosting to see if they can check your database for corruption? They can also create a new database and migrate all the data. We’ve seen such steps help before.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you need further assistance!
Hi there @kwbc2020,
I apologize for the late reply.
Your DMARC policy for kernwheelmen.org is set to
p:noneand your DKIM records are correct so it shouldn’t affect your delivery.I see a syntax error for your SPF record though: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=spf%3aKernwheelmen.org&run=toolpage
Note that you don’t have to add
include:spf.sendingservice.netwhen you’re using MailPoet Sending Service. Please remove it from your SPF record and let us know if the issue persists.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @jammann7,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I checked your site but can’t see the error you’re describing. Did you disable Google reCAPTCHA?
Do you use any page builder to add your MailPoet form to your site pages?
If so, can you please create a separate page and add your subscription form there as a block to see if the captcha works? This will help us narrow the issue.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi there @processi,
Thanks for reaching out!
A Welcome email is sent when a user subscribes on your site and confirms their subscription. This functionality should work even without a Premium plugin: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/345-create-a-welcome-email
If a Welcome email is not sent, it might happen if they don’t have a Subscribed status yet (haven’t confirmed their subscription yet), or your registration form doesn’t have a MailPoet opt-in checkbox.
To add a MailPoet opt-in checkbox to your registration form, please enable “Subscribe in registration form” in MailPoet > Settings > Basics tab.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!

Hi there @beardygod,
Thanks for reaching out!
While the pop-up form won’t show up on listing pages such as Blogs, Shop, Archives, etc, and any pages containing such blocks, it should appear on About Us and Contact pages.
Can you please test with a default Twenty Twenty theme to see if the same happens?
If yes, please share a screenshot of your form’s placement settings.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Indeed, I tried your subscription form and didn’t get a confirmation email. I also don’t see it in the logs on our end.
Can you please send us the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info? Please remove your email address and your MailPoet key before sharing it.

Hi there @aglig,
I’m glad to hear that you found the conflicting plugin!
I’m afraid we can’t know what exactly in the Rion Toolkit plugin is preventing MailPoet emails from being saved.
Please reach out to the Rion Toolkit support team as they can find the setting or the code which is causing the issue.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us back if you need further assistance!
