I’m sorry that you’re having issues with updating your subscribers via CSV import!
Can you please ensure that you have “Update existing subscribers’ information, like first name, last name, etc.” selected during the import?
Also, please check that your MailPoet plugin is updated to the latest version 3.85.0.

Do you have “Use MailPoet to customize WooCommerce emails” setting enabled in MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce?
When it’s enabled and you open the editor, do you see the correct design or is it in plain text? Can you please share a screenshot of it?

I think something might have gone wrong during the update.
