Hi there @igssupport,
Thanks for getting back to us!
So I see that your subscribers are assigned the correct roles and are subscribed, but Welcome emails are not sent. Can you please check if it’s sent when you’re adding a user with such role in wp-admin > Users?
@adrian2k7 I believe your problem was different because your users were unsubscribed.
Please open a separate thread if you need further help or use https://www.mailpoet.com/support if you’re a paying customer.
You’re also welcome to add your suggestions here https://feedback.mailpoet.com. Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂
Hi there @pofortin,
Our Sales form is used mostly for the account and plans-related questions, but we sometimes ask free users to use it to reach out to us from forums.
I checked your ticket and see that we restored sending for you 11 hours ago. Our reply, however, bounced with this error:
Your mail message to the following address(es) could not be delivered. This is a permanent error. Please verify the address(es) and try again. <xxx@mac.com>: 17.57.152.9 failed after I sent the message. Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137You can reach out to your email hosting provider to find out why it rejected our email.
Can you please check if sending is working on your site? You may need to re-validate your key in MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation.
I’m sorry for any confusion around the forms as I assumed you’re a free user since you’re posting in forums.
Please let me know if you need further help!

I see that your cron URL is working now: https://leganesactivo.com/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping
If you’re still having issues with sending, please try setting up Linux cron instead: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!

Hi there @thomas987,
Thanks for getting back to us with the screenshots!
Can you please also share what MailPoet plugin version you’re using and a screenshot of the MailPoet template editor?
Hi there @yaseico,
When a subscription form is submitted, our plugin sends a POST request to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. MailPoet needs access to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php as well as a lot of other plugins.
You need to allow such requests without IP restriction, otherwise, your subscription form won’t work.
Please try disabling it at least for /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php to see if it works.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
