Hi there @maryrussell311,
Thanks for reaching out!
Did I get it right that you signed up for a Starter – 1000 plan?
if so, then this plan doesn’t include MailPoet’s Premium features. Here you can check what it includes: https://account.mailpoet.com/
If you’d like to use Premium features, please sign up for a paid plan depending on the number of subscribers you have and a sending method you plan to use.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @chriswiseman85,
Thanks for reaching out!
I checked your account and I see that your plan is denied because your MailPoet key is activated on adoptabee.elementor.cloud which was deemed risky by our system.
Can you please activate it on adoptahoneybee.co.uk instead and try applying for a plan again?
Cheers!
Hi there @baytocruz,
Thanks for reaching out!
MailPoet’s checkbox on the checkout page is not preselected by default due to GDPR requirements. It’s also not possible to change this within the plugin out of the box.
However, it may appear as checked if you’re logged in and have already opted-in to the mailing list.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Very fast supportHi there @technichdml,
Thank you for your review and for your suggestion!
Indeed, MailPoet doesn’t support attachments in newsletters. If you want to include attachments to your newsletters, we recommend including a link to download them instead.
If you’d like to send attachments in your transactional emails, you can use the default WordPress sending method in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with… and it should work.
Again, we appreciate your feedback 🙂
If you have any other questions, I’ll be happy to help further. Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] ExtendRestApiHi there @gdm57,
I checked with our developers and confirmed that this is a bug and they’ll work on fixing it.
Please note that it doesn’t affect the functionality of the MailPoet and WooCommerce plugins since it’s a PHP warning, not an error.
Please do let me know if you see further issues!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Language problemHi there @flix123,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Can I ask if you tried re-installing the MailPoet plugin? You won’t lose any data when doing so because it’s stored in your database but it may trigger the language files re-download.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi there @justnice86,
Thank you for testing!
Can you please check if you have
define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');in your wp-config.php file?It can cause issues if you have ‘utf8mb4’ set instead.
Hi there @igssupport,
Thanks for testing!
So if I got it right, the Welcome email is sent when you create a user with a specific role manually, but it doesn’t get sent or even scheduled when you use the Paid Membership Pro plugin even though your subscribers receive a confirmation email and confirm their subscription.
When scheduling a Welcome email based on the user’s role, MailPoet listens to the
profile_updatehook. If the Paid Membership Pro plugin doesn’t trigger that hook we cannot schedule the newsletter. Some plugins switch the role in the database and that won’t work either. Can you please check this with the Paid Membership Pro support?
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Aviso de segurançaHi there @serranosupricompras,
Thanks for reaching out!
We currently provide support in English. For now, I’ll be replying in English. You’re welcome to continue in English or I can enter your message into Google Translate, if you’d prefer.
Did I get it right, that you’re getting this error when opening an email in Outlook?
If so, it seems like this security setting can be turned off in your Outlook settings: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/microsoft-office-has-identified-a-potential-security-concern
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @noboxjoakim,
Thanks for reaching out!
I discussed your case with our developers and we’d like to hear more about your particular use case: can you please let us know why you had to build a custom form vs using the native MailPoet form or MailPoet API?
We offer specifically designated APIs for extensibility, where we take great care to retain the APIs and backward compatibility: https://github.com/mailpoet/mailpoet/tree/master/doc
However, we do not recommend using MailPoet’s internal APIs, as they are not intended for reuse and may change without notice.
As I mentioned above, we’d like to hear more about your case so we can re-evaluate the approach we use now.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Language segmentsHi there @muffy80,
You can use a List Selection block on your form so your subscribers decide which list to subscribe to:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/pO84hFYou can also use a custom field in your form for subscribers to select their language and add to the same list. After that, you can create segments based on this custom field and send your newsletters to these segments: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/237-guide-to-subscriber-segmentation#fields
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
