In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] mail if commentHi there @kehoedk,
Thanks for getting back to us!
Did I get it right, that you created a Post Notification email with MailPoet?
If so, this email includes new posts only, not comments on the posts: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/347-create-a-post-notification-email
Youโre welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ๐
Cheers!
Hi there @loudbyte,
Thanks for getting back to us and for taking the time to share the solution. We appreciate it a lot!
Iโm going to mark this as resolved โ weโll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Enjoy the rest of your day and stay safe!
Hi there @usapuka,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I suspect you have some issues with your DNS records.
For example, when looking up your TXT record, it only shows as resolvable in half of all locations: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_mailpoet.gabrielpardi.com.ar
I suspect that it may be caused by your Name Servers that are pointing to different providers:
ns1.esseguro.net
vxsct3012.avnam.netPlease reach out to your DNS provider to check if your Name Servers are set up properly.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!

I tried the contact form in the footer of your site and was able to subscribe with no error:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/NonafrCan you please confirm that you’re no longer seeing the error either?
If you do, please share a link to the subscription form you’re testing and a screenshot of the error.
Cheers!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Mailing a pageHi there @pinfante,
Thanks for reaching out!
Did I get it right that you’d like to send the content of a specific page as a newsletter?
I see that this page consists of your blog posts: https://letstalkphoto.com/photography-news-and-reviews-from-around-the-industry/, so I recommend creating a newsletter with the Posts block and inserting the same posts to this email.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @thegv2020,

It doesn’t seem like the issue is related to MailPoet.
Can you please reach out to Yoast to look into the issue further?

Hi there @fdallongeville,

I checked your site in Firefox and I see a subscription form in the footer of your site:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/6376VjCan you please check if you have any extensions in Firefox that would cause the issue?
Also, please ensure that you’re using the latest version.

Hi there @infomap,
Thanks for reaching out!
If you’re using MailPoet Sending Service for sending your site’s emails, it’s going to be overwritten with your MailPoet’s sender email: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/292-choose-how-to-send-your-wordpress-websites-emails#fromaddress
If you want to keep the original FROM address for your transactional emails, you can use the default WordPress sending method in MailPoet Settings > Advanced > Send all site’s emails with…

Hi there @0108daniel,

Can you please share your site’s URL and a screenshot of the page with your email?

Can you please check if any of these steps help: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/363-how-to-create-a-pop-up-slider-form#popup-doesnt-work
If not, can you please send us a link to a page where the pop-up should show up and a screenshot of your form placement settings?
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Cheers!
Hi there @usapuka,
Can you please check if clicking the “Verify DNS records” helps?

Let me know how it goes!
Hi there @fulloutcreative,
Thanks for testing!
I think there could be either a conflict with your theme/other plugins on your site or the pages you’re testing are custom pages: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/363-how-to-create-a-pop-up-slider-form#popup-doesnt-work
I recommend conflict testing with Health Check as described here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
Can you please test it to narrow the issue down?
Hi there @omniphoni,
Thanks for getting back to us!
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
You can also try to use the ‘mailpoet_manage_subscription_page_form_fields’ filter as a base: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/222-customize-your-manage-subscription-page
Youโre welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ๐
