Hi there @mahyulan,
Thanks for reaching out!
It’s not possible to define the lists that will be pulled via the shortcode.
You can remove it altogether and re-word your confirmation email if you’d like to hide the WordPress Users list from it.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @wolf19,
Thanks for reaching out!
You can remove the MailPoet key from MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation and also ensure you reset your sending method settings in MailPoet > Settings > Send With…
If you remove the key and choose MailPoet Sending Service as your sending method, no emails will be sent.
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @designbysue,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please clarify if you refer to the WordPress Users list in MailPoet > Lists?
If so, you can disable it by following these steps: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/133-the-wordpress-users-list#disable-wordpress-list
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @alexvurp,

Note that WooCommerce Automatic emails created with MailPoet will be sent only to “Subscribed” users. If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email will be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).
Guest users won’t receive this email unless they are subscribed to one of your lists and have clicked on a link in one of your previous campaigns.
Can you please check if that’s the case on your site?

Hi there @webdados,

You can change the frequency of an existing Post Notification email on the 4th step instead:

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Send 3 times a weekHi there @webdados,
Thanks for reaching out!
So if I got it right, you’d like to send a Post Notification email to your subscribers three times a week.
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
You’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com. Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @funtrick,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please clarify if your subscribers see the names of these lists in the subscription confirmation email?
If so, you can remove the
[lists_to_confirm]shortcode from this email in MailPoet > Settings > Sign-up Confirmation > Email content. If they see it somewhere else, please share a screenshot so we can take a further look.
I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @juli741j,
Thanks for reaching out!
Do you see the email as sent but they were not received by the recipients? Or do you see any error messages if you click on the email’s status here:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/0y21oFIf you’re using a third-party sending method and they’re marked as sent, I’m afraid it’s not possible for us to check what happened to the emails further.
If you see any errors, please send us a screenshot to take a look.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] newsletter limitHi there @yakirkivi,
Thanks for reaching out!
All current plans available for purchase are based on the number of subscribers you have: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/373-faq-new-pricing-restructure-march2022
If you use your own sending method, you can look into a Creator plan with the corresponding limit: https://account.mailpoet.com/
I hope this clarifies a bit, but please let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there @kenpartainwemakemarketingeasy,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please clarify how you added the form? Did you create a MaiLpeot form and added it via another plugin/page builder?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @bizskillsforhps,
I checked your account and your domain seems to be properly verified now.
According to our logs, the latest emails sent from your account with MailPoet Sending Service were on July 7th (2 emails). I also don’t see any bounces.
Please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread and the email addresses of users who didn’t get your emails (and when you sent them).
We’ll be able to provide you with more information there.
Cheers!
Hi there @kea,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re still having issues with Welcome emails!
I tested your form and received a Welcome email after confirming my subscription:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/s7kDelCan you please test once again and let me know how it goes?
Note that the Welcome email won’t be sent twice to the same subscriber if they already got it in the past even if they re-subscribe.
Cheers!
