 * The App ID was entered . . . matter of fact I created two app ID’s from scratch
   and also entered it, just in case there was an issue with my prior settings for
   other apps.
 * And, yes, the app is live on Facebook. And, I also have other items on the site
   using the app — which runs perfectly. However, when it comes to the HD quiz it
   is not working. I ran to some of the troubleshooting techniques from the stackoverflow
   link above in an attempt to see if it was an issue on my end. No avail.
 * Please let me know what other options there are . . .
