 * Hey [@mbrsolution](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mbrsolution/) we’ve whitelisted
   a range of the IP addresses used within their offices. However we realize that’s
   only so effective as they do not have a static IP address. We run into this problem
   ourselves after one login attempt and have to disable the plugin manually to 
   get back in. We have the setting enabled to immediately lock out anyone attempting
   to login with a user name that doesn’t exist in the system, and that has been
   the only recent change we’ve made to any of the settings.
 * I don’t know that the two are related, because most of the attempts by unauthorized
   users are trying to access with “admin:” or “login” as the username.
 * Any insight as to why our actual users get locked out almost immediately would
   be great.
