Apparently the Pricerr theme and All In One WP Security don’t play nice together. I have no idea how to resolve this. I have to use the Pricerr theme but I can’t lock users out if they can’t get their unlock emails. It should have sent it to the email address I provided in the “DB Backup” tab. That also has not arrived. Perhaps the Pricerr theme is at fault. It has nothing to do with the website. That is the one I didn’t receive. After locking myself out of the site it gave me an option to receive unlock instructions. It asked me for my email address. After supplying the email address it said it sent me instructions to the email address I entered. It is not a generic email. It is an @20dollargig.com email. My site domain. If I activate the “Twenty Fifteen” theme the buttons work. The problem is, I need to use the Pricerr theme. Can they login?
