Many plugins are used on this site but they are 100% not to blame because -as I have explained- I have another contact form 7 on the same website that works just fine. The contact form 7 that does not work is just a copy of the working contact form and I have changed nothing in the basic parameters of the copied form.
Therefore, the only possible reason for this problem I can think of is the following: I have substituted your default messages (like the “successfully sent” message, “required field” message etc) with Greek translations of these messages. Could this be causing the problem? I have changed the “successfully sent” message (which is not showing inside the green box) back to its original English version and the box still pops up without any text in it.
Do you believe that if I change all the messages back to the English default texts, the problem will be resolved?
The only “incompatibility” I can think of is that with the video slider on top (slider revolution latest version). Other than that this page with the non-functioning contact-form-7 popup window has nothing special in it as you can see. Just text and a few pictures in the background. Try for yourself to send me a test message via the contact form of the page https://travelanddo.net/new_era_in_tourism/ to see what is happening.
