My hosting support team checked this issue as well and their answer is:
”I’ve deactivated all of your plugins and switched the theme, have increased the site’s PHP configuration, and have checked the WordPress core files, but I haven’t been able to get this working, I’m afraid – it simply reverts all custom settings upon refreshing the page (i.e. not just “Limit Login Attempts”). I’ve also checked our internal logs, and I can’t see any indication of our platform preventing these changes from being made.”
