 * I don’t know how to do that. I did go to the settings page and make sure they
   were what Thrive Themes recommended and hit submit. I think that might be saving
   the settings? But I don’t know how to make sure that the rules of wp fastest 
   cache have been added to the htaccess file. Can you give me instructions?
