 * Hmm, after a day of messing with it, I couldn’t get either solution to work.
 * All I can get to happen is it spits out ” <?php the_title(); ?> ‘; } ?> ” in 
   my header.
 * I’ll keep trying and keep searching but if anyone has been able to create and
   element inside a vbulletin forum on that is separate from their wordpress blog,
   please contact me.
