No issues on their site at all. * So taking a guess that your plugin didn’t properly update the database, I installed the plugin again on my site, did NOT activate it (admin plugin page showed fine) and clicked DELETE (previously already had it set to delete all settings and data if deleted), then reinstalled it onto my website. I completed the setup wizard, and then checked out the admin plugins page again. Same deal – blank. * I am guessing at this point that it is an incompatibility issue with one of the other plugins. They are using the latest version of WORDPRESS and your plugin with php 7.4. * 1. New page: We create a new page for each new issue of their online magazine. Permissions are set to disallow non-customers. So it would end up being something like [https://theirsite.com/issue10/](https://theirsite.com/issue10/) * 2. Download monitor: We create a new download record, click +add file, then copy and paste the URL of the new page from above step (i.e. [https://theirsite.com/issue10/](https://theirsite.com/issue10/)). We also have the following options checked: featured download, members only, redirect to file. We save the record, then copy the URL from the “download information” section and post that. * Previously that worked fine since setup few years ago. After recent updates to the latest version of your plugin, the following keeps happening: * 1. If a member tries to access the download URL we posted it gives the “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →” message. The direct URL to the page works fine, but the download URL gives that message. * 2. This worked before without an issue using the “add download” then pasting the URL into there. WordPress vesion 5.9.3. Downloaded your 4.5.92 fix and there are two issues I found. * 1. Still giving the “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →”. 2. I updated a download and unchecked the “members only” option, then saved. My download URL disappeared. I copied and pasted it back into the system and it still saved as blank. * Your assistance on this is greatly appreciated.
