It depends to the theme that you’re using. That sidebar comes from the theme. We provided a feature that you might be able to use to fix this issue. We have checked our support system and there is not any limitation for adding new tickets. * The supporting team suggested you switch the theme in order to ensure the issue is the theme or it is something else. Sometimes a conflict by a plugin causes these cases. * Regarding the charging tax, it is not a topic that we can discuss here as it is not related to WordPress supporting system and community.
