If this library already exists in another plugin, German Market will not include it again, but use the files already included. Apparently the FPDF library in the “Packlink Pro Shipping” plugin is deprecated. The plugin should use a current version of FPDF. I found out the option: “Defer non-critical with 4,5 seconds timeout” caused the delay.
