 * I upgraded, and now I can’t get to any of the options that were previously there,
   plus the dropbox is cut off so that there’s no arrow to click to select an option.

 * I am an administrator. The theme has been updated to the latest version, so has

 * Yes. I’m getting the same thing when I deactivate Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro.
 * Not sure how to attach a screenshot since there’s no attachment icon.

 * Thanks, but none of those suggestions worked. There are three users attached 
   to this account. The fields go blank regardless of which one is entered. I also
   tried using the forgot password link, but that goes blank too when I enter my
   email address. I still get emails from WP when try to make changes (e.g. using
   the emergency.php script for example). Any other ideas on what could be causing
   this?

 * Yes. I can see both themes on the WP Manage Themes page, but when I select the
   child theme I get the “are you sure you want to do this?” message. I just did
   the latest upgrade through WP, and made sure that style.css Template: setting
   is thematic. The Version still says 1.0 though. Could that be the problem?
