 * I had this same issue and realised that it was the Cloudways Breeze plugin causing
   it – if you’re on Cloudways it could be the same thing happening?

 * After reviewing my logs it looks like this is a memory issue. Does Query Monitor
   take up quite a lot of memory and resource?

 * Some pages 500 error, others load but there are no console logs.
 * I’m using Google Chrome v. 56.0.2924.87.
 * Wordpress Version – 4.7.2
