 * I have the same problem and posted on this yesterday. The installation of the
   clone seems to successfully copy all the files to the web server, but the database
   doesn’t fully/properly install. Without a full/proper database, WordPress redirects
   to the install.php script to install the necessary tables. So you end up with
   a Hello World empty WordPress site (clean database), but your plugins and themes
   are there in their folders so WordPress sees them as installed but not activated.
   I’ve tried to change various server settings to prevent this from happening. 
   But no luck so far. Waiting on the WP Clone team to respond.
