If you are using Intelligence, GAinWP provides data for the reports it generates in WP. I left the original option as is so it won’t mess up existing configs and added a new “Authors( user login)” that can be set instead. A few years back when GAWDP was acquired several clients using GAWDP expressed concern with how the OAuth process was rewritten in a way that gave third-party access to their GA data. * After exploring a few options, I created a version of GAWDP that restored the direct OAuth method to solve the issue. Thinking others might find it useful I also posted it to wordpress.org. * The code was re-namedspaced but generally similar to GAWDP. I also added some config to facilitate using the new version as a GA data API for WP. * Given its lineage back to GADWP and the fact that no security issues have been reported in the last few years, it should be pretty secure. Let me know if you find anything.
