 * I just loaded a clean wp install (no other plugins) same error pops-up
    maybe
   PHP 5.3.21 not O.K. for this..?

 * I’m still not sure what you mean … the single.phtml file shows:

   </div>
 * Where is comment_ID pulled from? and where it should go to ? Or is it only for
   the mail.

    Yes, as stated in my post I did that but ending up with the **Parse
   error…!**

 * Yes, i know… gtm plugin is giving me some problems so I try to combine some files.
   I see some plugins forcing to load the own jQuery files and I’m looking into 
   the option of merging them (if possible).

   the error isn’t a problem.
