 * well, in Dokan every vendor have the personal shipping options and when defined
   are used in shopping cart instead the global defined in woocommerce. I tried 
   different options, but I can’t find the right way for make it working with Dokan…
   Where are computed in Woocommerce this options (which file are involved)?
