Still waiting on a resolution for this.
@duongcuong96 – any update on this?
Yes, those are the same settings I’m using. I took your suggestion and installed the Health Check plugin and enabled only the BackWPup plugin and tried running it again, and the exact same thing happens. It still says the bucket does not exist.
I can say that the user I’m using for the backups has full access on Amazon S3.
OK, I’d really appreciate the help.
I just posted the issue on GitHub:
https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/issues/535Thanks,
ToddHi, it’s been a month. Any update on this?
With Paid Memberships Pro activated, go to the Network Admin -> Sites -> Add New
via a secure (https) URL and create a site. After the site is created, click to Edit the site.
Go to the Settings screen. Check the “Home” URL.
In my tests, with PMPro (core) activated, the “Home” URL has https as the beginning, but the “Siteurl” URL has http. This is not default behavior for WordPress. The Home URL should not be affected by the URL the site was created from.
In testing the same process, but with PMPro deactivated, everything is http, which is default WP behavior and the desired result.
I could get into all the reasons why this is creating problems and why changing the URL in the address bar isn’t a sufficient solution (and how it has cost me weeks of time, lots of unnecessary customer support, and lost sales), but I don’t want to distract from the issue, which is that the plugin is changing the default WP behavior in this regard and should not be, so something is wrong and needs to be addressed.
I’m using quite a few add-ons, but as I mentioned, I tested with all of those deactivated and only the Paid Memberships Pro (core) plugin activated and the problem still occurs. So it’s not related to add-ons, but the core plugin. If you need the list of add-ons I can provide it, but again, the problem happens with those all deactivated, so I don’t think it’s relevant and I don’t want to distract from the real issue.
Thanks,
ToddThanks for the reply. I am using the paid version of “User Role Editor” plugin. It’s possible that plugin was causing the issue. I realized there was an update available for that plugin and that may have corrected the issue. At least with the login I tested I was not able to see the level drop-down. I’ll have to do more testing, but hopefully that was the problem.
Thanks,
ToddMaria,
I’m using PHP 5.5
So I don’t think that’s the issue.
Thanks,

I also am on a Multisite network and it’s causing major problems for me. I don’t want users seeing this screen.

I don’t want to see the plugin’s page unless I click the menu option for it. This is causing major problems for me on my WP Multisite network. The plugin is active for all users but not all users have access to the menu options for it but the plugin is trying to redirect there and users are getting errors that they don’t have permission to view the page when all they are trying to do is go to their Dashboard. This is very annoying.

In reply to: [NS Cloner - Site Copier] Cloning not working, only creating new blank siteOK, I just sent you the logs through your support site. Thanks!
I’m just marking this as resolved.
I found in the code something that seems to be related to this issue. At the top of every page on the site, it has a section that begins with:
/* <![CDATA[ */And one of the items is:
iframe_enabled”:falseSo apparently this is a built-in feature but I don’t see any way to disable it.

In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Custom Post TypesHi, I’m having trouble getting this to work with custom post types too.
I’m trying to use this in conjunction with the “Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin” (http://wordpress.org/plugins/another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin/).
One thing that’s making it difficult is that I don’t know exactly the name of the custom post type and taxonomies. I’m pretty sure the custom post type is called “classifieds”. For the taxonomies, I’ve tried “classifieds” and “classifieds_tags”. I couldn’t find anything in the documentation of the plugin that was helpful so I’m just trying to look through values in the database but am not sure if I have them right.
I don’t know if I have the values wrong or if there is some other problem. I can manually send an e-mail through the plugin so that part is fine. It’s just getting the custom post types to automatically send that I’m having trouble with.
