 * Harshad, now that the site is restored I tried to disable page caching in WP-
   Optimize but it will not save the setting.

 * Harshad, I restored the site from a backup and it is working now.
 * Any insight on why we get a site map on occasion? Is that what the Permalink 
   solution is for?
 * How can I send a screenshot?
