 * I can confirm the same issue. Starts with 5.0.2.

 * The thing I found that was causing unexplained API failures when you had successfully
   gotten keys was related to the domains. If your were on a staging site (for example)
   so that the domain you were using currently with the plugin did not match the
   domain set in the “WordPress Address (URL)” field in the General Settings dashboard
   page. That could be the culprit.

 * I don’t see an “Event list/archives” under settings. What heading should it be
   under?

 * I did, it was an issue local to SiteGround WordPress hosting and how they do 
   staging sites. Was not the only plugin it impacted. It’s too long to go into 
   here, but if anyone else has a problem with the plugin on SiteGround staging 
   contact me, I’ll walk you through the fix!

 * Agreed, that’s what is so weird about it, and if I manually set the keys it’s
   a-ok. I’ll see if I can dig in more and suss out the issue.
