 * I updated to 3.9 a few days ago and am also unable to insert link. The box seems
   dead. I have inserted links many times before with no problem. I do not have 
   ultimate no follow plugin. The only thing I did was update to new version wordpress
   and updated plugins. I am not very tech savvy. Hope next version of wordpress
   corrects.
