Can you check if you can see on of the photos you uploaded using the absolute path? Did you change any files on your web server? Do you see the other photos in your web server if you login with FTP? If yes, do you cache pages for logged-in users too? Usually longer than the time PHP is configured to allow for a script to run. As a results PHP stops the scripts after X amount of minutes. * Make sure to reverse back to the default values after you finish the import.
