 * I have the same problem…
    I activated it this morning, and it worked. A few minutes
   later I updated another plugin, and my site sayed just Error. I uploaded my backup,
   and now I have the same problem… I have installed the plugin aigain already.

 * Yes, its working.
    Open 2 browsers and login with 2 user account. In the first
   browser, mention the second user and look in the second browser. Now you will
   see it! (Hopefully)

 * You can add a Email (or something similar) box at the buddypress settings under
   profile fields.
    Remember that the address than is public, and the box is avaible
   at the settings page.
