I think I only don’t have this problem on the screen with resolution 1920 ×1080. The latest Firefox on other computer has this issue. The latest Firefox browser does not have this issue, but IE 11 has. Firefox moves both lines down only during latest stages of resizing down the screen, and it looks right for the responsive theme.
