 * I have not made any changes to the Generate Theme.
 * I disabled all of my plugins, except for the genesis enews extended widgit and
   the simple social icons (“Connect online”). I then deleted both the Genesis framework
   and Generate child theme.
 * I reinstalled the Genesis framework and activated the Generate Pro child theme.
   The enews-extended appeared at the top of the primary sidebar. I then added the
   simple social icons widgit to the primary sidebar directly below the enews-exteneded
   widgit.
 * As before, the social icons appeared at the bottom of the page right above the
   footer.
 * Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
