 * Hey guys, thanks again for all of the help.
 * Nothing worked out so I’ve decided to start from scratch this week, going to 
   reinstall WP and use a different guide to set it up! I’ll give a shout once I
   run into trouble again (which I undoubtedly will)

 * maybe this is interesting: I tried to access the page with my phone and it works.
   but not from laptops and desktop computers

 * Hex LyleChamney. Thanks for the advice. Read through the page, made another menu
   and filled it with content. sadly this did not solve the problem!

 * hey there. thanks a lot for the replies
 * Yeah exactly Matthew. I’ve created several pages and set one called ‘Welcome 
   to Timbuktistan’ (with content on it) as the static frontpage. So, basically 
   I’ve already done what you suggested CMSHelpLive, but I did as you suggested,
   created another page called ‘home’ put content on it (featured image and a sentence)
   but the problem persists.

 * You will see the ‘Just another WordPress Site’
    If you click on ‘Hello World’,‘
   September 2014’ 8in the ‘Archives’ sub menu) or ‘uncategorized’ (‘categories’
   sub menu) in the left-hand Menu, you will be redirected to the WP-design I’ve
   set up. From there on you can navigate through the pages I created.
