 * yes, it is also happening with WP_DEBUG disabled (just to be sure: we are talking
   about the setting in wp_config? There is no other debug setting beside that one
   in the config file?)

 * thanks again for your kind reply and help. WP_DEBUG is actually only enabled 
   for debugging purposes, normally it is not active.

 * thank you so much for your help.
 * I checked that again and while first testing I deactived plugin after plugin,
   beginning from the top. Now I started from the bottom and it is as follows:
    - neve activated and Yoast Seo actived, no other plugins: everthing ist **ok**.
    - neve actived, Yoast Seo and WPForms Lite: **error**
    - only neve and WPForms Lite: everything is **ok**.
    - Theme Twenty Twenty Five, WPForms lite and Yoast Seo: everything ist **ok**.

 * Update: This problem seems to come from using the Neve theme and the Yoast SEO
   plugin at the same time. If I deactivate one of the two, editing the page works
   without any errors.
