In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics Download Slow or IncompleteHeya @nerdwiththehat — that sounds frustrating! A couple things right off the bat:
-You mentioned the site is running an older version of WooCommerce. Can you please update to the latest version and let us know if that fixes the issue?
-I noticed the site is using Cloudflare’s Proxied DNS service. If updating doesn’t fix it, can you disable the Proxied DNS and try the export again?
Let us know how that goes. Thanks!
Hi there @dimgkiokas,
On my test site, I’m not able to reproduce the problem using the card 4000002760003184. After completing checkout, I get the expected popup to complete the card authorization, and the order is completed successfully with no errors.
We’ve seen this error before, and in that case it was caused by a conflict on the site in question.
We’d strongly recommend conflict testing as a next step; we have a guide at this page.
Hey there @stellathirteen,
The issue is that with 6.2.0 Blocks and 5.9.0 WooComm, saved credit cards give an error. Test cards and entering a new card from the payment screen work fine but saved cards do not. Tried it with 3 users (logged in with their accounts) and had them try on their end. All the same issue. Stripe isn’t even getting the request for approval.
Thanks for those details! I noticed the plugin
Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce: by Payment Plugins
is in use on the site. Currently, the Checkout block has limited payment gateway compatibility and is only explicitly compatible with our official Stripe extension. With that in mind, I’d recommend the following:
1. Test checking out with a saved card while using the default WooCommerce-generated checkout page (not the Checkout block). This may be the only workable solution while using
Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce: by Payment Plugins
.
2. Test the checkout page using our official Stripe extension. I tested this same flow on my own site with the current versions of the WooCommerce Blocks and Stripe extensions, and the saved card worked well on my end.I hope this helps point you in the right direction on it!
We’ve just released WooCommerce Payments 3.2.1 which fixes this issue. Please let us know if you continue to encounter any troubles after updating!
Howdy, folks. Thanks for the reports here, and sorry the update caused some troubles for you. Our team identified the source of the problem & fixed the issue, and a new release will be available shortly.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress multisite taxes don’t workHi @edqaras,
Sorry for the delayed response here. I took a look at the site
nopedals.lt
and was able to see no tax at checkout: https://d.pr/i/JCz3EXWhen I tested with the same WooCommerce settings on my own site, I’m able to get tax to appear:
— https://d.pr/i/NmuL7fAs next steps, I’d recommend the following:
1. Update WooCommerce and WordPress to their latest versions
2. Test for a plugin or theme conflict by deactivating all plugins onnopedals.lt
, along with activating a default theme like Storefront. We have a guide on testing for conflicts here. Please then send a screenshot of the entire checkout page, including the shipping address you’re testing with. If there’s still no tax showing even with all other plugins/themes deactivated, we’ll have some next steps to suggest.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] No right method for shipping tax in the NetherlandsHi @janv01 @coenvv93 @indigonl —
I’ve opened a new issue in the main WooCommerce GitHub repository for the developers to look into further: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/30589
Please note that this doesn’t guarantee a solution will be created in the core WooCommerce plugin, but it’s the best place for a decision to be made about this. Thanks!

In reply to: [Google Listings & Ads] Fix your audience sourceHi @colyz93,
To help us look into this more, please open a ticket for the Google Listings & Ads extension from your WooCommerce.com account here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
In the ticket, please reference this forum topic and include screenshots of all the recommendations you’re seeing in your dashboard. Thanks!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] FB Shop prices sync without VATHi @taniarocha,
Often, prices displaying on Facebook without VAT is due to the configuration in the WooCommerce tax settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. The options there should usually be set to:
- Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax
- Calculate tax based on: Shop base location
- Display prices in the shop/cart/checkout: Including Tax
All of these tax options factor into how WooCommerce calculates price & tax for an item and how those values are sent to Facebook. We have more on this here.
If that doesn’t solve it for you, please open a separate topic as these kinds of problems can be very site-specific. Thanks!

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook plugin – missing entries from microdataHi @dbranson,
The message in Facebook about missing microdata happens when there’s an attempt to add products to a Facebook catalog via the pixel installed on the site. Facebook has multiple methods for adding/updating catalog items, but the Facebook for WooCommerce extension does not utilize this method. It instead uses the Batch API and Feed methods. Hope this helps explain what’s happening there.
Hey @golfball-uhu,
But what I´ve realized is…that your plugin + standard paypal payment together might not be the best idea.
Yep, we typically would recommend using just one PayPal solution on a site.
I know have another question…but will open another thread.
Sounds good. We’ll close this one out. Thanks!

In reply to: [Storefront] Move bottom menu barHi @carnimeoandrea,
Removing the Handheld Footer Bar is a feature of the Storefront Powerpack extension.
It may be possible to modify its location/appearance through custom code; if a freelance developer is needed for that, we have a list of trusted WooCommerce development agencies here.
Hi there @golfball-uhu,
You mentioned:
The Paypal button is always besides my add to cart button and barely visible.
I’m not able to reproduce this on a test site, either in responsive mode on my desktop or on my mobile browser.
Can you please confirm if the problem still happens while using the default Storefront Theme, with all other plugins deactivated besides WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout?
We have a guide on doing this kind of testing here.
Thanks!
