 * Ok i ended up by setting the root domain and not subdomain which is more logical.
   I asked the support, they replied that there is no problem doing this so don’t
   waste time and overcomplicate things guys.

 * For me when the email is replied, i want it forwarded to my support mailbox which
   is handeled by zendesk.
