 * we have shipped the new version with a confirmation dialog, along with the option
   to dismiss the whole column.
 * We hope this change addresses your concern. And we’d be grateful if you update
   your rating at your convenience.

 * Good day [@volkerforster](https://wordpress.org/support/users/volkerforster/)
 * thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback!
 * First, I sincerely apologize that the recommendation has caused confusion on
   your dashboard.
 * **To clarify how it currently works:**
    - The plugin adds a suggestion column for YayMail within the WooCommerce email
      settings area.
    - The column header includes a tooltip that states: “This will install the YayMail
      plugin from WordPress.org.”
    - The installation follows the same process as clicking “Install Now” from the
      Plugins → Add New screen. The difference is that it didn’t redirect the user
      to the Plugins screen after installed.
 * That said, we now see that this can still feel like a background action. And,
   we completely understand your concern: “Authorized” should feel transparent.
 * **Based on your feedback, here’s what we’re actively working on:**
    1. Adding a clear confirmation dialog before any installation begins, “Are you
       sure you want to install and activate YayMail?” This will remove any doubt about
       what happens next.
    2. Rethinking the placement and behaviour of recommendations. We’ve noticed that
       WooCommerce itself (under WooCommerce → Settings → Emails) includes suggestions
       like WP Mail Logging Plugin, but those only link out externally. We’re considering
       a similar non‑intrusive approach to avoid any unexpected actions altogether.
 * As a free plugin, we do include thoughtful recommendations for other useful free
   plugins from the WP repository, but we agree those should never feel like hidden
   actions. Your feedback is helping us make that line much clearer. Thank you.
 * Best regards,
 * Thuy Nguyen

 * Hi [@piit79](https://wordpress.org/support/users/piit79/) 👋
 * Thank you for the detailed report!
 * The dismiss button was injected into the DOM by WordPress’s own JavaScript after
   page load, which is why the event listener wasn’t attaching correctly.
 * We’ve addressed the issue and shipped a fix for it. The selector (`button.notice-
   dismiss`) has also been corrected.
 * Could you take a look and confirm the fix?
   Really appreciate the thorough writeup!
 * Best,
   Thuy Nguyen

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the honest feedback.
 * I’m sorry for the frustration our recent update caused. While we designed those
   notices with the best intentions to suggest plugins that might help your workflow,
   somehow we made the dashboard feel exaggerated.
 * I’ve noted your feedback, and I’m going to discuss this with my team to make
   sure we find a less intrusive way in future updates.
 * Meanwhile, you can dismiss the banner with just one click and it should not continue
   bothering you anymore.
 * Kind regards,
 * Thuy Nguyen

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry that the recommendations didn’t hit the mark
   for you.
 * We include these suggestions to help WP users discover tools that complement
   our plugins, but I hear your point about wanting more transparency. I’ve shared
   your note with our development team so we can look into making these clearer
   in future updates.
 * Thanks for helping us improve.
 * Best,

 * [@michael-divine](https://wordpress.org/support/users/michael-divine/), it can
   be modified through the .csv export file.
 * Go to Settings > FileBird > Import/Export, click Export and download the whole
   folder structure.
 * In the .csv, under “created_by” column, set all the values to 0. Save the file
   and import it.
 * It seems they define it as: 1 → first user (aka admin), 2 → second user, and
   so on. Number 0 → universal user.
