 * Me, too. I tried resetting the password via my profile on the support pages, 
   but that did no good. I’m virtually certain I have the right username and password,
   but it gets denied. Worse, when I click the “lost password” link and enter in
   my username and e-mail, I get an error saying the info is incorrect.
 * PLEASE, someone help!
