 * Hi [@sarkof](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarkof/),
 * Thank you very much for the detailed feedback, and especially for testing Schedopia
   with a real theatre setup. This is extremely useful for us while we continue
   improving the event booking features.
 * Regarding the points you mentioned:
    - **Individual seat numbering:** You are right. At the moment there is no option
      to change the number/label of a single seat after generating the seat plan.
      Your example, where the first row needs to start from seat 4, is a very good
      use case. We’ve noted this as an improvement for the seat planner.
    - **Booking status showing as Pending:** We’ll review this behavior. We want
      the status shown in the admin to be clear and consistent with what the customer
      sees after successfully completing a booking.
    - **Confirmation email:** A confirmation email should be sent to the customer
      after the booking, so we’ll investigate why it is not being sent in your case.
    - **CSV export:** We agree that the selected seats and customer notes are important
      information to have in the export. We’ve noted both fields for improvement
      in the event booking CSV.
    - **Event photo:** Currently there isn’t a proper option in the event editor
      to upload/manage the event image, which is why you are seeing the blank event
      photo area. We agree that this should be improved as well.
 * Thank you again for taking the time to test the plugin so thoroughly and report
   these details. Feedback from an actual theatre use case is helping us identify
   exactly where the event booking workflow needs more work.
 * We’ll review these points with the development team and keep you updated here
   as we address them.
 * Best regards

 * Hi [@sarkof](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sarkof/),
 * Thanks for your patience. We’ve just released Schedopia 1.3.1 with fixes for
   both issues you reported:
 * Seat plans now support a numbering direction, so you can create rows running
   A17 → A1.
   The “An event must run in at least one hall” error no longer appears
   when a hall is selected.
 * The update will show up in your dashboard within about 24 hours, or you can download
   1.3.1 right away here: [https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/schedopia.1.3.1.zip](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/schedopia.1.3.1.zip)
   and upload it via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Your existing data won’t
   be affected.
 * Please give it a try and let us know how it goes on your side.
   Regards
