 * thanks I was able to download the package from inside cPanel and make the migration
   go through – I didn’t like the url given when the backup created. Not sure why.
   all set.

 * I’m using the plugin on my cpanel server, I have 20 or so accounts using this
   plugin “as is” (nothing extra installed to help it send mail) so, SMTP by wordpress
   via cpanels regular email system? is as best as I can answer.
 * Notes:
 *  – Other accounts are sending email forms out – including hers during this time,
   just not ALL of them (to her, but now I am now sure?, is the plugin or my system
   holding emails for others??)
 *  – Can you suggest a way for me to start troubleshooting this? A place for me
   to look in your plugin configuration or in mine? I am happy to provide you with
   temporary wp credentials if you are inclined.

 * I went with another – but if the documentation or “fix” is shown I like this 
   one! I will mark this as to check back if solved.

 * Yea, I want this to work too – but… no sliders and not really sure how to proceed–
   for 6 bucks you will show me? or install it working? might take you up on that–
   looks great.
