 * Thank you for responding. I resolved the issue by changing X-Frame-Options =
Sameorigin (was “deny”) in my htaccess file. You should be aware of the tabs
   in the url though…

 * Updating to the latest version of Woocommerce seemed to solve the issue on my
staging site. I will mark as resolved as soon as I test and confirm this on our
   production site. Thanks.

 * Update: I found a solution. I made the field visible/on. Then in the woocommerce
general settings I set “default customer location” to geolocate. Bada-bing.

 * I have been through all the session-related docs on pantheon’s website and tried
everything. I moved the plugin to the mu-plugins folder and then realized wordpress
treats it like 2 plugins (pantheon-sessions.php and callbacks.php). So I left
pantheon-sessions.php alone and moved the other files into a folder (/wp-native-
php-sessions). Then I updated all the file references inside pantheon-sessions.
php to point to this folder. It seems I’m back to square one now. WordPress recognized
the mu plugin but it doesn’t store session data.
 * I still get the “headers already sent” error if use session_start().
 * When I remove session_start() I can add ?utid=123 to the url and the code listed
above will return the params when I echo them on the page but as soon as I move
to a new page the session data is lost. I have spent many hours on this. Please
   help!

 * I tried this and got the “too many redirects error.” We use Pantheon for hosting.
I played around with cache settings but nothing worked. We will move on and use
the php redirect method instead. Thanks anyway for the support.
