 * I have flat rate selected under shipping options and activated shipping. And 
   on the flat rate tab i’ve set up the costs per order and the sell to country (
   all available countries).
 * The products aren’t hidden. And shipping calculations is enabled (not at the 
   moment, because then people can’t order).
 * The customer address was set to no address, default to billing isn’t available(
   if it’s under general settings). But now i’ve tried geolocate, and that seems
   to fix the problem!
 * The strange thing is that when I tested an order it was possible to select an
   shipping option. But this was because I was logged in. But when people wanted
   to checked out as a guest, the problem occurred.

 * I’ve chosen flat rate. And added 3,50 euro tho the shipping costs field. I’m 
   not using the shipping classes.
