 * Also, the support person asked for all logs, which I gave during the first email.
   I also sent screen shots. He has since asked for a copy of the backups, which
   will not help in any way as your server config will be totally different and 
   the restore function has worked once (ONLY THE FIRST TIME I RAN IT).
 * This is all far too slow for a paid product in business critical situations.
