    For widgets you have to add widgets from your dashboard.
   Please Go to ->admin dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets. For more please follow

 * And for header image Please go to-> admin dashboard -> Appearance-> Customizing-
   > Header Setting-> Header Image.
