 * I go to…
 * Restart on every main step and check the box
 * Restart the job on every main step on a running job
 * I tested with the restart options and when unarchiving on my mac its still
    saying
   unable to unarchive.

 * There’s not any errors only warnings in the log. The warnings say job restart
   due to inactivity.

 * thank you! that fixed the issue. Not only did that fix the issue but I’ve encountered
   this problem before and that fixed the issue in another wordpress plugin I’m 
   using. This is interesting. Not sure why the greater than and less than symbols
   cause an error and we have to use html code entities but it fixes the issue.
