So, you should take a look at the settings of your gallery/grid plugin. ModuloBox can replace this gallery with a Justfified layout. Adding an overlay requires some CSS code (with pseudo element). There isn’t any option for the Gallery display in ModuloBox. It seems that you are using [JetPack gallery](https://jetpack.com/support/tiled-galleries/).
