 * For the first, make sure you have been update wordpress core, plugin and theme.
   
   and then, if you still getting same problem, try to change your theme to wordpress
   default theme.
 * If you still getting same problem,
    deactive all plugin, and try ti post again.

 * You can try to remove all menu item and add it again.
 * The problem is from your menu item that have been delete or not found by wordpress.
