I tried several times. I manage my reusable blocks in Appearance/C9 Reusable Blocks, not in the page/post edit. The new added ones just didn’t show up in modal popup. You will have to clear all data/cache to be able to see them. For sure, this update has a conflict with something, but from here, I can only say that it has somewhat issue with the data/cache or some sort. Weird, don’t know what happened, but happy that the issue is gone.
